Q: How much does a corporate apartment cost?
A: You can expect to pay on average $85.00 to $125.00 per
night (all inclusive rates for 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms). Rates
will vary depending on your length of stay, locations, and
size of apartment.

A: Our accommodations are located all throughout the
United States, many in upscale residential communities. We
go where you need us to be!
Depending on your request we can offer apartments near
your office, schools, shopping, hospital (those requiring
medical stay), in the city or suburbs. You’re many choices
with West Coast.
Q: What's the difference between a West Coast Corporate
Housing apartment and a hotel?
A: West Coast Corporate Housing offers cost effective
temporary housing. Our apartments are typically 50%+ less
than the cost of a hotel room. Our corporate apartments
offer more space and privacy than a hotel room. You will
find numerous amenities with all the comforts of home, and
luxury of a 5 Star Hotel. Our A+ properties offer some of
the following; 24 concierge service, 24 hour gate attendant,
24 hour fitness center, late night cafes & gourmet coffee
bars. Another advantage you will have is assigned parking,
covered parking, and/or private garages.
Q: Is there tax on corporate apartments?
A: Absolutely NO. There is no tax on stays of 30 days or
longer.
Q: Do you offer special request such as a certain area of
the city, ground level, premium view, handicap accessible, maid
service?
A: After taking all of your requests into consideration
West Coast Corporate Housing will match you to a property.
We like to give our clients at least 3 options (apartment
communities) to choose from. You can then tell us which one
you like best!
Q: How will I pay for these services? Can you bill my
company? Do you accept credit cards, personal check, or company
check?
A: We remain flexible for you! We accept personal check,
secured funds preferred; we also accept major credit cards.
With your authorization we can automatically bill your card
each month. OAC, we can bill your company as well.
Q: What can I typically expect upon move in?
A: An apartment ranging in size from 625 sq. ft. up to
3,000 sq. ft. Full size appliances such as a double side
refrigerator, double ovens (conventional & microwave), full
size washer & dryer, 27" or larger television, DVD, cable,
telephone, nicely furnished apartment with king or queen
bedding complete with a house wares package. We've thought
of everything... all you need to do is bring your suitcase
and leave the rest to us! You’re home with West Coast. In
most cases one of our professional staff members will meet
and greet you at your new home to make sure you have all you
need upon move in.
Q: What about Fido, can he come too?
A: Yes, most apartment communities are pet friendly. A
pet deposit will be required, Size and breed restrictions
may apply depending on location.
Q. What time do I check in?
A: Check in is at 4:00 PM unless prior arrangements have
been made and approved with your accommodations specialist.
Q. What time do I check out? Is anything else required of
me?
A: Check out is at noon on the day your lease ends. A
final clean will be arranged during the reservation process
for a nominal fee. In addition to general cleaning this
service will include laundry of linens, cleaning appliances,
discarding all unused groceries and trash. This way you
simply pack your bag, and you’re on your way with nothing
else to think about!
Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: Reservations can be made by calling at 818-888-7605 or
completing the online request form. At which time, you will
be contacted by a West Coast accommodations specialist.
